1. Service Description

Universal Hotel Tracker is a hotel rate tracking and comparison service. We check Universal Orlando Resort hotel rates and can notify you by email when matching rates drop below a threshold you specify. Universal Hotel Tracker is a tracking and alerting tool — we are not a booking service and do not book, modify, or cancel reservations on your behalf.

Rebooking or new booking must be completed on the booking provider's website. Universal Hotel Tracker provides information and outbound booking links to help you make booking decisions; we do not book, modify, or cancel reservations on your behalf.

2. No Guarantee of Rate Accuracy

Hotel rates on Universal Orlando's website change frequently and without notice. While we strive to check rates accurately, we cannot guarantee that the rates we report are current, complete, or available at the time you attempt to rebook.

Rates displayed by Universal Hotel Tracker may differ from those shown by Universal Orlando or other booking providers due to caching, availability changes, taxes, fees, room rules, or data retrieval timing. Always verify the current rate and cancellation terms with the booking provider before canceling an existing reservation.

3. Free Tier Limitations

Universal Hotel Tracker currently includes a free tier and may offer paid features. We reserve the right to introduce or modify usage limits, paid tiers, or the features included in any tier at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes to existing users via email.

4. Account Termination

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by contacting us.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, attempt to abuse or circumvent our systems, or engage in activity that disrupts the service for other users. We will notify you of termination unless doing so would be harmful to the service or other users.

5. Booking Links

Outbound booking links open third-party booking flows. Universal Hotel Tracker does not control final rate availability, booking eligibility, cancellation terms, or customer support from those providers.

6. No Affiliation with Universal Orlando or Loews Hotels

Universal Hotel Tracker is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Universal Orlando Resort, Universal Parks & Resorts, Comcast NBCUniversal, or Loews Hotels & Co. All hotel names, brand names, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners. We access publicly available rate information for price alerts, rate comparison, and data-quality tools.

7. Limitation of Liability

Universal Hotel Tracker is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

In no event shall Universal Hotel Tracker, its operators, or contributors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service — including but not limited to losses from rebooking decisions made based on information provided by Universal Hotel Tracker, cancellation fees, or unavailability of advertised rates.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusions of liability for certain damages, so some of the above may not apply to you.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Universal Hotel Tracker after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
